팀별 역할과 책임 Team and Duties

• Exhibition Curation

  Duty:

  • Lead the overall exhibition concept and planning.

  • Research and curate final artworks and exhibition content.

  • Coordinate with the content and design teams.

  • Manage installation and logistics.

  • Manage and lead team members

  • Oversee financial aspects.

  Available Position:

  • Executive Director 1

• Marketing & Advertising

  Duty:

  • Write and post announcements on social media (Instagram, etc.).

  • Develop public outreach strategies.

  Available Position:

  • Marketing Director: 1

  • Members: Open

• Desgin Team

  Duty:

  • Design visual elements such as posters, banners, and giveaways.

  Available Position

  • Visual Director: 1

  • Member: Open

• Documentation & Public Relation

  Duty:

  • Manage communication with attendees.

  • Record meetings and document events.

  • Handle photography and data organization.

  Available Position:

  • Public Relations Director: 1

  • Member: Open

참여 및 일정 Commitment and Schedule

• Long-term project

• Activities are scheduled during fall and winter, with some tasks during school terms.

• Zoom meetings over and in-person meetings

• Attendance is strictly enforced

지원 자격 Eligibility

• Team Leaders: 8th grade and above

• Team Members: 6th grade and above

• Fee may vary by positions

• must be enrolled as student at HPCP or Robyn Studio
